We are a diverse and inclusive community that believes in the power of collaboration across fields and borders. We understand that resilience and well-being are complex and multifaceted issues that require input from individuals across a range of disciplines, from policy-makers and field practitioners to academics and researchers. That's why we take the meaning of multidisciplinary and international to heart, and work with members from all continents and industries to enhance knowledge and competencies in this critical field.
Currently, our community counts over 40 members from 19 different countries across the globe.
At ResWell, we recognize the importance of cultural diversity and believe that working cross-border can only lead to more insights and a wider perspective. By bringing together individuals from different cultural backgrounds and experiences, we can identify both commonalities and diversities in resilience and well-being among varied communities worldwide. Our goal is to foster international and interdisciplinary collaboration in this field and to conduct comprehensive comparative studies that will help to drive positive change across the globe.
