Dr. Meyer's extensive research work on human response patterns, including perception, memory, reasoning, and motor response, has led to the development of a person-centered, person-in-the-loop approach to optimize well-being and system performance. His research interests include mental workload, decision-making, skilled performance, human-computer interface, resilience and sleep, human reliability, work stress, and training. As President and CEO of Carnegie Mellon Driver Training and Safety Institute, Dr. Meyer administrated a 12 million US Federal Appropriation from the Congress of The United States of America, to develop a state-of-the-art Driving Safety Living Laboratory.

Dr. Gérard Meyer, Ph.D., is a renowned physio-psychologist and a leading innovator in the field of MindFulChoice and Mind-Focused Coaching education and training programs. He has a vast experience in Education, Research, Development, Industry, and Government across Europe and the United States. Currently based in Israel, Dr. Meyer is personally involved in Resonance Therapeutics and Positive Psychology to address Anxiety, PTSD, Panic, Obsessions, and Burnout, as well as cybernetics for 24x7 online AI Trauma Assistance.
Dr. Meyer is the visionary Founder and CEO of The Mental Wellness Society - International, a professional international network of science, academy, and practitioners, composed of over 2,500 experts present in 72 countries. He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of MetaDaat, a US-based organization, and the creator of the MindFulChoice™ system for Meta-Cognitive Positive Psychology tools and services. Furthermore, Dr. Meyer is the Co-Founder and President of Mind Movement Mood Wellness Centers, which are physically present in the US and online worldwide. He was France's Senior Advisor/Assistant Secretary of Education, Advisor to The Prime Minister, General Secretary of The Franco-American Environmental Institute and Advisor to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and later Director of Economic Development of The Tennessee Valley.
